Is this a junk car turned into a generator? That's the only thing I can come up with.

Self-contained driving jump start (buzz) box at an airfield or motor pool? Cheaper and easier to maintain than a large battery pack.
That’s also not a Lumina. Might be Swift/Metro?
Wagon, semi manual, not brown, turbo because volvo

Had to google the swift. For that one the grill area doesn’t look right and for the metro the shape is wrong. Maybe Corsica?

Might not even be a Chevy. We are assuming that’s a factory emblem. I guess we are also assuming that it’s in the USA as well. If it’s a Chevy from latin america it could be any thing from a Daewoo to an Opel.

When I Google image searched it all that came up was Russiansites. And people that had over the top automotive sound systems.

Definitely a Suzuki. Probably the Canadian Chevy Sprint.

SPL build, need a lot of alternators to deliver power to hungry amplifiers for big subwoofers... Pretty much play as loud as you can.

Probably a SPL sound system car. Its only purpose is to hit the highest decibels possible using thousands of watts worth of subwoofers, which require a lot of juice from the electrical system.

Why wouldn’t you post pictures of his sound system? I gotta see what all of that shit is powering.
